Shipping

At Bracken Leaf Studio, we keep a selection of our hand-poured candles ready to go. However, for large orders or custom requests, please note that additional time may be required for production.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States from our studio in Brevard, North Carolina. As each candle is hand-poured to order, we ask that you allow a few business days for fulfillment. If you need your candles by a specific date, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please be aware that it may take a few days for the tracking number to become active. Typical transit times range from 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and delivery destination.

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to ensure you have a great experience with Bracken Leaf Studio and our candles!

We carefully inspect all of our candles before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to admin@brackenleafstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.
